With over 20 years of international experience in operations, logistics, and ERP systems, I am now seeking a new consulting or strategic coordination mission, ideally based in Botswana – a country I hold dear, both personally and professionally.
Throughout my career, I have led multidisciplinary teams, optimized complex warehouses, implemented ERP systems (SAP, BPCS, ACCPAC), and delivered transformation projects in sectors ranging from luxury goods (jewelry, watchmaking) to industry and distribution. I combine strong IT expertise with a human-centered management approach, focusing on social harmony, continuous improvement (Kaizen, 5S), and concrete results.
My time spent in Botswana in the 1990s as Logistics & IT Manager in Gaborone remains one of the most meaningful chapters of my journey. Today, I wish to return to the region in a role such as executive advisor, logistics project manager, or operations coordinator – bringing with me my hands-on skills, multicultural experience, and practical problem-solving mindset.
I am open to any opportunity in the area (Maun, Kasane, Gaborone), either as a resident or on a recurring mission basis.
